Your breath grounds you, shifts you out of your mind and into your body, refreshing your system. It all begins with that first breath.
Conscious breathing brings you back to your center, back into the present moment.
Think back to the last time you went into freeze mode. What was happening inside of you? The fear of what was going on within or around you halting you in that moment.
This space where you left your body due to fear.
Where you shut down and off because it felt like too much.

Fear is all-encompassing and yet varies greatly amongst individuals. We all have fears and frights that we're faced with from time to time. Fear of spiders, thunder and lightning, fear of the dark, etc.
But what about the fears that hold us back and keep us small?
The fears that stop us from living our lives, chasing our dreams, making moves and taking chances.
Sometimes we give our fears so much power that they imprison us.
We've been taught to fear our fears.
But WHAT IF, the wonder of life and the magic of the unknown.. lies in what we fear?
WHAT IF the fear of taking that job, of speaking your truth, of ending that relationship, is actually what changes your life?

Breathwork provides your nervous system a safe outlet to process trauma, anxiety, loneliness, and wounding that has created patterns and beliefs in your life. Although it may feel like "it's all in your head", trauma is stored in the body.
Past experiences turn into stories, beliefs, and states of being. They are what shape us. So rather than trying to remove it or push past it, we use breathwork to meet the trauma head on; creating awareness while breaking the subconscious cycle.

The goal of Breathe Into Bravery is to create a deeper emotional and physical connection to your body, to your heart and to the immense courage that lies within you.

We will meet once a week where each session will be 90 minutes in length.
I will create a safe container for you to call out your fears and limiting beliefs while helping you to identify the root cause.
In each session, I will guide you through feelings and physical shifts as you connect on a deeper level to your emotional body; breathing through the layers of fear and transforming your connection to courage.
I will teach you how so that you will emerge with the skills and knowing that you have everything you need within you to overcome the fears and anxiety through your breath.
YOUR PART
This is about YOU discovering that YOU have the power to step into the life you have always dreamed of, to step into the divine feminine goddess and warrior that is in you already.
But you must first meet the warrior within you, build on your courage and move through the fears and limiting beliefs.
I will teach you how so that you will emerge with the skills and knowing that you have everything you need within you to overcome the fears and anxiety through your breath.
By reclaiming your power through your very own life force we will create a safe space to open up and move through fear.
Safety cultivation as breathing assessment and proper mechanics are explored and taught. Groundwork for the four weeks is discussed as fears and anxieties are called out.

Mapping the felt sensations within the physical body, bringing connection through breath and providing the opportunity to explore the emotional body. Bridging the body and breath together with awareness, the identified fears are reintroduced into a conscious state.

Tapping into the fire of the wild woman within by bridging breath, nervous system regulation and embodiment practices. Unraveling old beliefs, ideas, pain and fear to transmute into personal power and bravery. Breathing into rage, stepping out of the mind and unleashing through the body, to open up the space to mobilize your nervous system and transform your life. Integrating these practices to release shame and connect to your energy, motivation and vitality.

Surrendering to the final stages of transformation through reflection of experience. Reclaim self worth and empowerment by providing personalized methods and tools for long term support and continued action to breathe into bravery
Additional support
Continued cultivation and exploration of the breath is provided in between sessions through weekly breath recordings along with individualized homework and reflections to aid in lasting transformation.
