In all that I do,

I keep my future children and lineage in mind.

We all came to be through the legacy of our mothers. Through generations, we see how the vitality, awareness and embodiment of one woman can ripple through time, impacting countless future lives.

This interconnectedness is at the heart of my mission.

I began my career as a Sonographer to care for people with great curiosity in the mysteries of the body. My years of experience took me around the world, where I saw firsthand how misunderstood women’s bodies are.

I found purpose as I witnessed women grappling with a myriad of symptoms, disease and reliance on medications and doctors for answers. The world of allopathic medicine revealed to me the stark reality of how women are treated with the system—probed, prodded and prescribed, their voices sidelined and symptoms blanketed.

The struggle I witnessed in my patients spoke deeply to me. For much of life, I was disconnected from my body, my emotions, and my voice. I numbed myself in the ways of the world, until symptoms began to arise within me.

My own family’s history, rich with the threads of dis-ease, pain, and disembodiment, seemed to echo this disconnection. This has been the undercurrent of my life.

My anger transformed into passion, igniting a fire within me that touched every aspect of my existence. I spent years listening, unraveling, and eventually embodying the wisdom of what it is to be a woman. This time was spent overcoming fears, breaking cycles and experiencing the full spectrum of my emotions. Purpose grew from pain, I found faith in God and deep healing of my flesh.

NOW, A BRIDGE BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

I intertwine education with the deep, embodied wisdom of the feminine form to foster remembrance and revival. I am rooted in the belief that every woman's body holds a story; one that unfolds through her layers of skin, fascia, and tissue, right down to her very centre. It is my greatest honour to walk alongside women, supporting them on their reclamation path.

This work stands as a testament to the enduring strength and resilience of women

honouring the innate wisdom that resides within every woman’s body. When this wisdom is nurtured, it becomes a powerful force for foundational healing.
